Your agreement with NORTHLOOP DIGITAL LLC

By using our products and services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Service scope

We provide AI text-to-image generation, credit purchases, a generation console, downloads, and related features.

2. Eligibility & account

• You must be of legal age and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

3. Credits & billing

• Credits are consumed per generation; pricing is shown before purchase.
• Credits are non-transferable and generally non-refundable except where required by law (see Refund Policy).
• Every purchased unit provides one month of service access. Additional purchases extend the current expiry date by one month each.
• Unused credits can only be used while the associated service access remains active.
• Taxes and fees may apply based on your region/payment method.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not generate illegal, abusive, hateful, or infringing content.
• Respect third-party rights; you are responsible for outputs you use.
• No scraping, reverse engineering, or bypassing limits/security.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse or policy violations.

5. Ownership & licenses

• You retain rights to your prompts and outputs where applicable by law.
• We (or our licensors) retain rights to the platform, models, and all underlying technology.
• By providing prompts/feedback, you grant us a limited license to use them to operate and improve the service.

6. Service validity and renewal

6.1 One-month access

Each successfully paid product unit provides one month of service access. The period starts when payment is confirmed. If the customer already has active access, the additional month begins after the existing expiry date.

If access has expired, the next successful purchase starts a new one-month period. The applicable expiry date is displayed after payment and in the customer account.

6.2 No automatic renewal

Purchases do not renew automatically. Customers may make another purchase whenever they wish to extend service access.

6.3 Why access is time-limited

AI generation, storage, bandwidth, security, maintenance, and related infrastructure require ongoing server capacity and operating costs. For that reason, purchased products, credits, and services are available only during the stated validity period.

6.4 Failed, cancelled, or refunded orders

Failed or cancelled payments do not activate or extend access. A refunded order may cause the related service period to be recalculated or removed, subject to applicable law and the Refund Policy.

6.5 Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or governmental fees associated with your purchase.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These services are operated by NORTHLOOP DIGITAL LLC. Applicable law governs these Terms and any dispute relating to the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
